1. About Our Business

Textile Exporter is a textile export and wholesale business based in India. We supply textiles, sarees, dress materials, fabrics, garments and other textile products to customers and businesses in India and internationally.

Our products are mainly supplied on a wholesale and B2B basis. Product details, fabric quality, designs, colours, quantities, prices and other order-related information will be shared with the customer before confirmation of the order.

By placing an order with Textile Exporter, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Order Confirmation

An order will be considered confirmed only after the customer provides the required order details and pays the applicable Order Confirmation Token/Advance Payment.

The token amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of quotation or order confirmation.

Once the order is confirmed and processing/production has started, cancellation may not be accepted.

3. Payment Terms

For wholesale and export orders, the payment terms will be as mutually agreed between Textile Exporter and the customer.

An Order Confirmation Token/Advance Payment is required to confirm the order.

The remaining balance amount must be paid in full once the parcel/order is ready for dispatch, and before the goods are handed over to the courier or shipping company.

Goods will not be dispatched until the complete outstanding payment has been received and confirmed.

Any bank/payment gateway charges applicable to the customer's payment may be borne by the customer.

4. Order Confirmation Token

The Order Confirmation Token is collected to confirm the customer's commitment to the order and to initiate order processing, procurement or production.

The token amount will be adjusted against the final order value, subject to the agreed order terms.

If the customer cancels the order after confirmation or after processing/production has started, the token may be treated as non-refundable, subject to the agreed terms.

5. Sample Orders / Sample Pieces

If a customer requests a sample piece before placing a bulk or wholesale order, the customer will be required to pay the applicable sample product/piece cost and courier or shipping charges.

The sample piece will be dispatched only after the applicable sample cost and courier charges have been received and confirmed.

Sample charges may vary depending on the product, fabric, design, quantity and destination.

For international sample shipments, all courier/shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

6. Parcel Ready & Final Payment

Once the order is fully prepared and the parcel is ready for dispatch, Textile Exporter will inform the customer.

The customer must pay the complete remaining balance before dispatch.

After receipt and confirmation of the full payment, the parcel will be handed over to the courier/shipping partner.

7. International Orders – No Return / No Exchange

For orders shipped outside India, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUND will be accepted after dispatch.

Customers are requested to carefully check the product details, quantity, colour, fabric, design and other order specifications before confirming the order.

Once the order has been confirmed and processed, the customer accepts these conditions.

8. Courier & Shipping Charges

All applicable international courier, shipping and transportation charges will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.

The applicable shipping/courier charges will depend on the parcel weight, dimensions, destination country, shipping method and courier/shipping service selected.

The final shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.

9. Customs Duty, Import Taxes & Local Charges

For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for any Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, GST, Import Tax, Clearance Charges, Local Taxes, Handling Charges or any other charges imposed by the destination country.

Textile Exporter does not control or determine the customs duties, taxes or other import charges applicable in the customer's country.

Any such charges must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant customs authority, courier company, shipping company or local authority, as applicable.

If the customer refuses or fails to pay such charges and the shipment is delayed, returned, held or destroyed by the authorities/carrier, Textile Exporter will not be responsible for such consequences, subject to applicable law and the agreed shipping terms.

10. Product Colour & Fabric Variation

We make every reasonable effort to display product colours and details accurately on our website.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's mobile, computer screen, lighting or display settings.

For textile products, minor variations in colour, texture, printing, weaving, embroidery or finishing may occur and may not be considered a defect.

11. Product Inspection Before Dispatch

Textile Exporter will make reasonable efforts to check the order before dispatch.

Customers are requested to provide correct product requirements, quantities, designs, colours and shipping details before order confirmation.

Once the customer approves the order details and the order is processed, changes may not be possible

12. Delivery & Transit

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, courier/shipping service, customs clearance, weather, holidays, transportation conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.

Any estimated delivery time provided by Textile Exporter is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically agreed in writing.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate:

Email Address
Product Requirements
Quantity
Delivery Information
Import/Customs Information, where applicable

Textile Exporter will not be responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

14. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests may be considered only before processing/production begins and subject to approval by Textile Exporter.

Once the order has entered processing, procurement or production, cancellation may not be accepted.

Any approved cancellation, refund or adjustment will be handled according to the specific order terms agreed with the customer.
